Schoolwide Independent Reading

ACCELERATED READER

Students at Breeze Hill participate in a schoolwide independent reading program designed to foster a love for reading and lay the foundation for becoming enthusiastic lifelong readers, not simply school time readers. As students focus on daily independent reading at their reading level, they increase their fluency and comprehension. Student reading is monitored through the use of the Accelerated Reader program from Renaissance Learning. Please see your child's teacher for more information about our independent reading program.

BREEZE HILL MILLION WORD CLUB

This year we will continue the Breeze Hill Million Word Club both to recognize the achievements of our more voracious readers and to encourage all students to read more.
